Wir, 4 Familien mit Kindern hatten einen perfekten Urlaub im Haus vom James. 15 Tage verbrachten wir Weihnachten und Neujahr dort. Alles war sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Die Betten sind bequem und es ist ausreichend Platz für alle, groß und luftig. Der Pool ist traumhaft schön, wir haben ihn jeden Tag genutzt. Es ist ein wunderschöner Platz. Danke auch noch mal an James, der Kontakt war perfekt, bei Fragen bekamen wir sofort Antwort. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Dankeschön James für den schönen Aufenthalt.

We had a wonderful time at the Villa in late March early April 2015! I am a quadriplegic and found the Villa totally accessible which only enhanced our enjoyment in Cape Coral. The Villa is central to baseball spring training for the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins as well as day trips to Naples etc. There were five of us which the Villa had no problem housing as we were all able to live quite comfortably. The back yard with a pool and the canal provided many hours of enjoyment with the pool being accessible as well with the proper equipment. I would not hesitate to return in the future as this was definitely one of the most enjoyable holidays I have been able to spend since my injury.

We have just experienced 10 days of paradise holiday in the exceptional Tropical Palms Villa. It is hugely spacious, beautifully decorated, well equipped villa with fabulous tropical pool, it totally exceeded our expectations.. Literally everything you could possibly require is provided at the villa. The kitchen is really well equipped and made cooking easy, as did the gas BBQ. The location of the villa is perfect. It is just 30 minutes drive from Fort Myers beach and beautiful Sanibel and Captiva Island and just 5 minutes from Publix store. Tropical Palms Villa is truly beautiful and it allows you to enjoy your holiday in serious style. Simply amazing holiday!!!

James was a joy to speak with over email and always responded to any queries. The villa is amazing and the outside area, including the private gardens, patio area and dock is just wonderful The attention to detail in building the villa contributes to it being such an amazing house. We felt very safe staying here and the immediate area is lovely. We had such a brilliant time here, with the villa only 30 minutes from Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Cape Harbour Marina and other beaches. Periwinkle shops on Sanibel which had the Blue Giraffe had good food there , as did the Salty Crab on Fort Myers Beach. A spectacular time at a spectacular villa and the surrounding area . Would love to come back and visit and continue to explore. If you have the chance stay here, you would have no regrets.

This is the kind of place you walk into and cannot even believe that this is where you are going to be staying. We spent so much time in the backyard in the pool and making meals at the outdoor kitchen. This house is close to many great beaches, restaurants, tours, and activities. Yet every time we left, we found ourselves wanting to get back to the house to enjoy the backyard! The owner is delightful to work with!

We all had a fantastic week at Tropical Palms, a luxurious house and very comfortable! The pool and spa were great to relax and cool down in. As a family we were all celebrating special birthdays (18ths, 21sts and 50ths) and the house gave us a fab place to celebrate and give us fantastic memories. Thank you James for all your help during our stay, will definitely recommend your wonderful house to family and friends and would definitely return ourselves. Once again... Diolch!!!

Loved it! What a great place to stay. The house was large, clean and well equiped (the only thing we missed was a teapot). We really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor kitchen. Felt like our own private paradise Staying in this house feels like a real luxury vacantion! We would to stay here again.

Wir 9 Personen - Großeltern + Tochter mit 2 Mädchen 16 und 14 Jahre + Sohn mit Frau und 2 Kindern 7 und 4 Jahre alt, waren vom 23.5.-6.6.15 im Haus von James, Tropical Palms Villa..... und es war super schön. Besonders toll war es für unsere im Rollstuhl sitzende Tochter, die den Pool ebenso wie die gesamte rollstuhlgerechte Anlage genossen hat.. Der Pool war natürlich für alle traumhaft schön, wir haben ihn gerne jeden Tag genützt. Auch das Haus ist vom Feinsten, groß, luftig und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Handtücher sind genügend vorhanden, ebenso die Liegen am Pool. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auf den Matratzen haben wir alle gut geschlafen. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus. Wir bedanken uns für den reibungslosen Ablauf und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen.

I can't thank James enough for allowing myself and family to stay at his fabulous vacation villa. The property has everything anyone could ever want in a vacation villa. Beautiful yard and pool, great layout and incredibly clean and full of all the amenities. I strongly recommend this villa for your next trip to Cape Coral.

Beautiful home. Very spacious and comfortable. The pool and lanai were great to have. We had 6 adults and 2 children and had more than enough space for everyone. Short drive to Ft. Myers beach. Very nice place to unwind. Will definitely go back. Very gracious host.

We just came back from our lovely vacation at the Tropical Palms Villa. Wow! It is absolutely beautiful! Everything in the house is top notch! We had 10 people total- 6 adults and 4 children. We found that we had tons of room for all of us. The pool is absolutely stunning! My daughters and nephew loved swimming in it everyday. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable. James was absolutely delightful to work with. He answered all of our questions very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed Captiva Island. We also LOVED the Salty Crab on Fort Meyer's beach. I would highly recommend Tropical Palms Villa. We look forward to returning in the future :)
